How to get to the workshop balconies and the prototype branch of the Heron Tree?

Access to the balconies overlooking the workshop (view of the workshops, 16-minute film, and descent to the Heron Tree prototype branch) is included with every ticket (Galerie des Machines, Marine Worlds Carrousel, or Grand Elephant ride).
There is, however, no ticket available to visit these spaces on their own.
