Last admission to the Ticket Offices of the Warehouses and the Carrousel des Mondes Marins: 45 minutes before the site closes.

The visitor areas are neither air-conditioned nor heated.
Operation is subject to weather conditions.
In the event of very high temperatures or strong winds: The Galerie des Machines and the Carrousel des Mondes Marins may be exceptionally closed. In such a situation, the Grand Éléphant rides are also cancelled.
Decisions to close venues will be taken at the last minute so as to keep them open as long as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience if the site is closed during your visit.
