We advise visitors wishing to ride the Grand Elephant, who have not booked in advance, to be present when the ticket office opens.

Admission to the Galerie or Carrousel is immediate after purchasing a ticket on-site. However, weekends, French school vacations, and public holidays tend to attract high volumes of visitors.
